Why choose Custom Built Clubs over Name Brands? The fact is that with so many different styles of golf swings and player abilities, what may work for one person may not for another. Off the rack clubs are all the same length, grip size and shaft specifications. Does it make sense that a player who is 5 ft 9" tall would use the same length of clubs as the player who is 6 ft 2" tall? In most cases, No. The right shaft, grip and club head combination can lead to more consistent golf and even help eliminate some of those slices, hooks or low worm burner shots.

Why do clone golf clubs cost so much less? If your the type that believes the higher the price the higher the quality , it may be hard to convince you that clone clubs look, feel and play much like the real thing but can cost hundreds less. So you're probably wondering how retailers like The Zone Golf Centre are able to offer such reduced prices on clone golf clubs when they look, feel and play like the pro line clubs without sacrificing something during the manufacturing process of the club. The answer is tough to swallow, but the truth is, because clone golf companies do not have large ad campaigns, high-cost sponsorships, and excessive marketing budgets, clone companies do not need to inflate club prices to cover expenditures. The savings come back to you the golfer. Your savings can be used on Green fees.

What's involved in the Custom club process? First of all we do a Swing Analysis. We would have you come in and spend a 1/2 hour on Our Simulator. During this time we measure your Ball speed, Launch Angle, Swing Path as well as determine what is the right length, flex, shaft, grip size and style of club best suited for your game. This is all done by Our Custom Club Builder. The Swing Analysis fee is $20.00. But, if you then decide to have a club built for you or purchase a golf club already assembled in stock from The Zone, we then apply the Swing Analysis fee to your new purchase.
